To use Bing for people search simply use the person’s name as keywords. If they have a common name you can try adding additional factors to your string. This can include locations such as suburb, city or state. If you are aware of any organised interests or other known activities, try them as well.
Al alternative to searching using words is to try the visual search which uses a photo or image. Upload a clear photo of the person you are looking for and see if Bing can find other images that contain the person.
