Post adoption resource centre with a focus on Qld. Jigsaw Queensland can provide assistance with records searches and family tracing. They are a not for profit organisation that provides support to all effected by adoption.

An overview of conducting a search is provided online through the website. Reunion and post-reunion information is also available and provides an insight into the experience.

Support groups organised by Jigsaw Queensland include Mother’s, Adoptees and an open group. Members attend free of charge and non members can provide a small donation.

The Jigsaw office is located in New Farm, Brisbane and provides services through email, face to face and by phone. A library is also available.

As a not for profit organisation, Jigsaw works on a membership basis. Becoming a member requires a small fee and gives you access to the range of services. These include emotional support, first contact support, referrals, search and reunion assistance.
