The Personal Home Page Directory was a site that allowed you to lookup and discover personal websites by country and area. By selecting a country, and then region, you were able to narrow down the directory to view people from that area.
The resource is no longer active. In addition, the internet archives are of little use as the information was contained behind a structured search (deep web).
