Find information on builders, trade contractors and building certifiers holding a licence in Queensland. In addition you can also search for owner builders and check with the BCIPA in relation to outstanding payment matters.

The QBCC Licensee search may be performed by licence number, company name or surname and first name. The search returns the name of either the person or company, type, licence number and region. Selecting a profile provides additional information such as the licence class, address and business name. PDF files are also available that include great detail such as the licensee’s full history, related entities and decisions.

A building Certifier search is similar to the licensee search. It can be performed by number, company name or surname and first name.

Owner Builder’s may be done by first and last names as well as lot or plan number, and street address.

Decisions made by the Building and Construction Industry Payments Agency may also be searched. You can view all adjudication decisions by claimant name, respondent name and decision date.
